SILTI SUD S.p.A. will be participating in one of Europe’s most important expo for telecommunications: ANGA COM 2026.
We look forward to seeing you at Hall 7 Stand E51 in Cologne, Germany, from May 19th to 21st!

S.I.L.T.I. SUD has always been an innovative company. Its products are often used for many functions. In 2025 with the island of Procida (Italian Capital of Culture in 2022) it has developed a fiberglass pole to support the wooden docks of Corricella (the island’s most iconic port).

As you will have understood, fiberglass poles are an extremely resistant and durable support. Docks are almost always supported by wooden poles, but these are weakened by marine flora and fauna. The fiberglass pole does not have this disadvantage and is therefore extremely convenient for these installations.

To validate our commitment, we have joined internationally recognized certification systems. Obtaining the ISO 14001 certification and joining the EcoVadis assessment program demonstrate the robustness of our environmental management systems and the transparency of our actions. Furthermore, we believe that sustainability is a shared responsibility.

For this reason, we select our suppliers not only based on quality and cost but also on their compliance with environmental regulations, creating a value chain that reflects our own ecological principles. In this way, we extend our environmental commitment beyond our company’s boundaries, promoting sustainable practices throughout our supply chain.

In February 2025, S.I.L.T.I. SUD participated in a national funding program for investments aimed at Transition 4.0. Thanks to funding from the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (MIMIT), the company has invested in new machinery to increase its annual production capacity of fiberglass poles (reaching 150 thousand poles per year) and connect previous generation machinery to the Web network.

In response to the growing importance of environmental sustainability in recent years, the company has intensified its commitment in this area by obtaining ISO 14001 certification and installing a 250 kW photovoltaic system. Thanks to the excellent solar exposure at our latitudes, this investment has made the company independent from the national power grid for 50% of its energy needs.
