Discharger holder for IDC modules

The QCS series is a complete system for connecting twisted pair copper cables for telecommunications, from small to medium-sized exchange distribution frames to access networks and even distribution frames for internal systems.
However, due to the connectors’ construction, the QCS series is ideal for the access network, i.e., the last mile.
The connectors use state-of-the-art IDC contacts based on the “split cylinder” principle; in the disconnect connectors, this contact is gold-plated to ensure maximum reliability.
The connectors are available in 5- and 10-pair versions, disconnectable, patch, low-profile, and hybrid IDC/SCREW configurations.
The standard disconnect connectors have the unique feature of allowing disconnection, switching, and testing even while lightning protection is installed.

Coating: Sn-Ni + Au (1.27 µm) on the isolating contacts

QCS10 (10-Pair Disconnection): Conductor diameter 0.4-0.6 mm. Gold-plated disconnect contacts. Swapping and disconnection possible even with the protection installed. Integrated wire guide.
QCS10L (10-Pair Left Entry Cable Guide): Conductor diameter 0.4-0.6 mm. Gold-plated disconnect contacts. Swapping and disconnection possible even with the protection installed. Integrated wire guide.
QCS10R (10-Pair Right Entry Cable Guide): Conductor diameter 0.4-0.6 mm. Gold-plated disconnect contacts. Swapping and disconnection possible even with the protection installed. Integrated wire guide.
QCSCREW (10-Pair IDC – Screw Disconnection): Conductor diameter 0.4-0.6 mm on the IDC side. Conductor diameter up to 1.5 mm on the screw side. Compatible with QCS accessories and protections
