Modular wall cabinet unified type 1200 pair

The MDC series products are cabinets for outdoors or indoors installations, specifically made for the final distribution of copper networks.

These products are made of thermosetting high strength material, with steel special interiors.

Structure:
Anchor frame: two modules of 600 pair.
External container: four modules of 300 pair.
(Each module contains two side panels and two doors, one of them is the rear one).
Base, roof, drawing holder pocket, base frames.

Use:
The cabinet is used as a point of elasticity in the network. It allows to:
1)Convert any pair entering the cabinet from the switch in any pair outgoing from the cabinet to the distributor.
2)Limit the number of entering pair compared to the outgoing one.
The wall unit, normally, is partially or totally flush or placed along the walls.
It may contain electrical equipment.

Materials:
Anchor frame: UNI 7070-72 Fe 44B galvanized steel in accordance with the standard CEI 7-6 n. 239.
External container: glass, polyester resin hot printed in the pre-impregnated state in “sheet” form.

Characteristics:
Self-extinguishing material in accordance with the standard ASTM D 635-72.
Resistant to chemical, atmospheric and micro-organic agents.

Performance:
Eventual replacement of damaged elements.
180 degree open door (separate doors).
Water resistant.
Shock resistance:
– of the container: >= 5kgm
– of the base: >= 10kgm.
Flexural strength: >= 200kgm.
