Fiberglass Compositie poles / GRP poles for overhead lines

The fiberglass-reinforced resin pole / GRP poles (Glass Reinforced Plastic) is a lightweight, internally hollow, monolithic support with a conical section. It has been designed and refined to replace traditional poles, such as wooden ones, as a support for overhead cabled networks, and it is free of harmful treatments or components in order to protect the flora and fauna at the installation site.

FEATURES DESCRIPTION / CARACTÉRISTIQUES

Structure Monolithic, tubular, frusto-conical element, with optional closing lids on the top and on the bottom. Made by centrifugation molding machines, that are fully automated in order to guarantee steady product characteristics. / Élément monolithique, tubulaire, tronconique, avec couvercles de fermeture optionnels en haut et en bas. Fabriqué par des machines de moulage par centrifugation, entièrement automatisées afin de garantir des caractéristiques de produit stables.
Use / Utilisation Support for aerial cable networks: telecommunications and electric copper lines, optic fibers lines.  Support for public lighting, video surveillance, hidden antennas. / Appui pour les réseaux câblés aériens : télécommunications et lignes électriques en cuivre, lignes en fibres optiques. Appui pour l’éclairage public, la vidéosurveillance, les antennes cachées.
Materials / Matériaux Orthophthalic polyester resin, flame retardant and fireproof, reinforced by fiberglass fabric, with an external plastic film for finishing and UV protection. Final colors at customer’s choice.  /  Résine polyester orthophtalique, résistant au feu et ignifuge, renforcée par un tissu en fibre de verre, avec un film plastique externe pour la finition et la protection UV. Couleurs finales au choix
Characteristics  / Caractéristiques Self-extinguishing. Resistant to chemical agents, to harmful and industrial environments, water resistant, UV resistant. No maintenance needed. Paintable, recoverable, and reusable. Easy to carry and install.  Zero environmental impact: full recyclable.  /  Autoextinguible. Résistant aux agents chimiques, aux environnements nocifs et industriels, résistant à l’eau, résistant aux UV. Aucun entretien nécessaire. Peut être peint, récupéré et réutilisable.
