The QCS series is a complete system for connecting twisted pair copper cables for telecommunications, from small to medium-sized exchange distribution frames to access networks and even distribution frames for internal systems.
\nHowever, due to the connectors’ construction, the QCS series is ideal for the access network, i.e., the last mile.
\nThe connectors use state-of-the-art IDC contacts based on the “split cylinder” principle; in the disconnect connectors, this contact is gold-plated to ensure maximum reliability.
\nThe connectors are available in 5- and 10-pair versions, disconnectable, patch, low-profile, and hybrid IDC\/SCREW configurations.
\nThe standard disconnect connectors have the unique feature of allowing disconnection, switching, and testing even while lightning protection is installed.<\/p>\n
